Guía de recomendaciones para la construcción de un Manual de Consultoría para la Gerencia de Asuntos Legales de la Agencia de Aduanas SIACO SAS Nivel 1

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to expose the opportunities for improvement that have found out through the author’s experience as intern’s Legal Affairs Management within Agencia de Aduanas SIACO SAS Nivel 1. Such opportunities for improvement go into a final proposal that seeks to impact the performance of the Legal Affairs Management positively; which represents meaningful changes in the value proposal offered to the internal company customers. Over the first pages is raised the history, the company purpose, the operation and structure of the company and the issuing group which it belongs, with the goal to provide a context to the reader. Subsequently, are announced the methodology developed in the data analysis process, for which were used the following instruments: problem tree, interview, and perception survey; that once applied and analyzed, generated the conclusions that built the improvement plan architecture. Finally, is set out a purpose of improvement plan that seeks to answer to the company needs and the possible implementation of a Consulting Manual to the Legal Affairs Management of the customs agency SIACO.
