| dc.description | En la siguiente investigación se analizará como tema principal la salud mental e integral de los trabajadores, el impacto que esta tiene positiva o negativamente en el desarrollo de las respectivas funciones en el área de trabajo de los mismos, y cómo esto se ve reflejado en los índices de productividad y eficiencia de la compañía, analizando las posibles estrategias que aporten a la mejora de este problema que abarca a gran parte de la población laboral. |
