| dc.description | El objetivo central del documento es determinar cuál es diseño del plan de bienestar que debe implementar la compañía GML Software, ya que por ser del sector tecnología maneja unos roles y perfiles específicos donde sus intereses tiene una variaciones desde las edades, hobbies, gustos entre otros por lo tanto se trabajó bajo una encuesta para tener la información necesaria para el desarrollo de este trabajo y lograr tener los objetivos de este diseño para la compañía y así mismo lograr tener un impacto positivo sobre los colaboradores de esta gran organización que lleva más de 22 años en el mercado pero que ha crecido poco a poco y ha decidió estructurar el área de Talento Humano y sus procesos en los cuales fue incluido el área de bienestar. |
| dc.description.abstract | The central objective of the document is to determine the design of the wellness plan that the GML Software company should implement, since, being from the technology sector, it manages specific roles and profiles where their interests vary from age, hobbies, tastes, among others. therefore, we worked under a survey to have the necessary information for the development of this work and to achieve the objectives of this design for the company and also to have a positive impact on the collaborators of this great organization that has more than 22 years of experience. years in the market but which has grown little by little and has decided to structure the Human Talent area and its processes in which the wellness area was included. |
