Abstract
When you are born, you receive a name and are influenced on what to study and how to behave, you receive grades and marks both at school and at the university, and finally at work they qualify the knowledge with numbers and the result is one more figure: salarywhich depends on how well a person can perform in a certain position. In the workplace, more than a quarter of our lives are spent with our bosses and colleagues, making this the most representative place in the lives of employees. In times not so long ago, it was a mistake to bring personal problems to the office, however, for the following research it is necessary to know what ails each employee, so that in a synergistic and empathic way, organizations can counteract the negative impact that employee problems have on their motivation and be able to respond to it by providing organizational happiness. Within the analysis carried out through a comparative study of a sample of 200 employees from two organizations, the needs were identified according to
psychosocial and cultural factors, which are part of the gap of why an employee is unmotivated, allowing him/her to express with confidence what he/she feels. Similarly, the aim is not only to create an awareness of generating synergy with the employee, but also to get to know them, to know what they like, what their dreams, plans and goals are, so that the organization can design
wellstructured wellness strategies that respond to their needs.
