Relación entre tipologías y espacios colectivos para resignificar el hábitat en Cazucá-Soacha

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an architectural solution to different urban and architectural problems identified in the commune Cazucá of Soacha - Cundinamarca; Based on social problems to define a location, a four-stage research was proposed in order to define how to contribute architecturally to a response to these problems. Field visits, surveys, urban and architectural analysis, and other research techniques were required to design the three housing typologies and the formulation and conceptualization of the collective space, which allow different spatial and / or cultural patterns to be triggered, which work as a strategy to transform, adopt and re-signify the architectural and urban spaces of the sector; Therefore, the characterization of the organization and distribution of the typologies was carried out. From the design, it is possible to evidence the relationship between the typologies and the collective space, and in this way a possible solution is given after the analysis and investigation of the patterns given from the informal city to the formal one, and thus resignify the habitat from the architectural part in Cazucá - Soacha.
