Diseño de un modelo probabilístico de inventarios para los insumos de la tintorería en empresa textil con especialidad en el tejido de punto por urdimbre
Resumen
El objetivo principal de esta propuesta es el diseño de un modelo probabilístico de inventarios para el área de tintorería que le permita a la organización tener un mejor control sobre los insumos (químicos y colorantes). inicialmente se lleva a cabo un diagnóstico donde se presentan las principales problemáticas utilizando un diagrama Ishikawa donde se pueda entender la situación actual del área de tintorería, con el fin de utilizar herramientas tales como clasificación ABC, y a su vez poder observar los productos que más se tejieron en un periodo de tiempo y de esta forma presentar el análisis sobre los insumos principales que componen estas referencias, estudiando el comportamiento de los datos y aplicando el método que se ajuste al modelo de negocio de la empresa que se basa en una demanda incierta, en el cual se calculará el punto de re orden, stock de seguridad, demanda diaria y anual promedio ayudando a la compañía a tener un horizonte de cada cuanto y cuando pedir, evitando rupturas de stock, sobre stock y baja rotación de los insumos, sugiriendo a su vez indicadores que les permitan llevar un control sobre los mismos, no sin antes mencionar que se realizarán los pronósticos de dos formas diferentes, uno mediante el programa pasw statistics 18 y el otro mediante Excel, permitiendo a la empresa escoger aquel que se adecué a sus necesidades y finalmente presentar una relación costo beneficio que evidencie la diferencia entre el diseño del modelo sugerido y el actual que hace la compañía.
Abstract
The main objective of this proposal is the desing of a probabilistic inventory model to the dye house, allowing to the company to have a better control over the inputs (chemicals and dyestufss). Initially a diagnosis will be made to identify the main problems using a “Ishikawa” diagram, it will show the current situation of the dye house , in this way to be able to use tools as ABC clasification and at the same time observe what were the products that were most knitted in a certain period of time and perfom the analysis of the main inputs that make up those references. Giving the opportunity to analize the behavior of the data and apply the method that must be adjusted to the bussines model of the Company, which is based in a uncertain demand; in which the average point of reorder, security stock, Daily and annual demand will be calculated, helping to the Company to have good vision of when and how much they have to order, avoiding stock ruptures, over stock and low rotation of inputs, suggestiong indicators that allow them to keep track of them, not without mentioning that forecasts will be made in two different ways: one through the pasw stadistics 18 program and the other through Excel, allowing to the Company to choose the one that best suits their needs. And finally present a cost benefit relationhsip which shows the difference between the desing of the suggested model and the current calculation made by the Company.
