An investigation in order to identify a series of failures of exhibition, marketing and loyalty of the company SIMONIZAR that is present in the retail channel; a long time of a project were identified strategies and very important and very defined tactics to achieve that the weaknesses were met and the responses become great strengths and great opportunities, not only for the sector but also for the general marketing of products for the Cleaning of cars and motorcycles at national level, also generating a positioning of the brand in the sector 7 of August and a follow-up of continuous loyalty with the client.
