    The main objective of this document is to show the development of an application for the document management of companies based on best practices and generating practical software that is easy to use and implement for companies that need to implement processes to improve their management of files and information. The scope of the project is the implementation of web software for document management accessible to small and medium-sized companies, allowing users to upload and consult documents that are created in the system. To carry out this development, a time of 4 months was required using the XP development methodology. To carry out this development, no budget was required, but for the implementations that the companies that implement it need to do, they must have support or technical personnel to carry out their installation.
