Estudio de Factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de cupcakes en la localidad de Fontibón en Bogotá.
Zarate Quintero, Yanina Paola; Parra Parra, Ricardo
The following project will answer questions such as, What would be the importance of the application of feasibility studies in the companies, before its implementation? Besides, what are the causes of failure in SMEs ?. These questions arise because of the need to apply a feasibility study to determine the execution of a cupcake company in the Capellania neighborhood of Fontibon. In this context, what will be found in this project is part of a sample of how a business idea should be evaluated in a methodical and orderly manner, validating aspects that are the cause of failure in an enterprise. In addition, the development of each chapter will allow to know internal and external aspects that should be considered when trying to start in a city, such as Bogotá. Among the instruments selected for the methodology, it will be possible to observe the application of a survey that will allow knowing the target market, as well as a visit to the selected sector, which in this case is the Capellania neighborhood. Thus contributing the possibility of observing and having a critical point of view regarding the project. The results of this study are determined once it is verified that the application of the market, technical and financial study show sufficient solvency and profitability to make the execution of the study feasible.
