    Franjas articuladoras urbanas para la cohesión territorial entre asentamientos informales y formales en la UPZ 67 Lucero localidad Ciudad Bolívar – Bogotá D.C.

    The informal accessions are a present problem worldwide, that with the passage of time have made irrefutable the helpless planning and control of the exponential present growth in the population. The fragmentation partner - spatial is a reflection(reflex) of the territorial fracture for the construction of informal accessions in not suitable soils for the residential use as the protection areas of the Gully You smooth. Guénola and Arellano (2006) indicate that " the fragmentation of uses, activities and tasks in the spaces and the individualization should seem to be the principal engine of the social fragmentation (…) the unequal access to the services and urban equipments, for which also it(he,she) refers to the mobility of the individuals " (p.66). From the application of the methodology of the Urban Pixel an offer is constructed emphatically in the environmental and ecological recovery inside the natural fracture shaped by the Gully. This one consists of the design of two striping articuladoras urban orientated to the construction of urban scenes(stages) and spaces of opportunities (social, cultural and productive) complemented with a network(net) of modules; hereby it is tended by the approximation of the settlers of the informal and formal accessions to achieve territorial and social cohesion.
