    IShop Colombia is a Company dedicated to the purchase, marketing of Apple products and accessories that provides experience and service in the different points of sale of the country. The present project of degree corresponding to the program of Industrial Engineering, proposes a strategic management approach for the improvement in the reception, storage and management of inventories of the products of iShop Colombia with the last purpose of optimizing this area that is of paramount importance for The company giving value to its processes and compliance with one of its core values and objectives as it is an excellent service to Apple users. The growth of the company requires a reconditioning of the processes, for that reason it is proposed to apply different tools, executing as a basis an organization plan in stock control and inventory rotation, reducing changes and continuous improvement in the objectives of quality and operational costs.
