    The document describes the development of GOTrack, a hybrid application designed to integrate and optimize freight transportation logistics processes at TransColombia. The project addresses key challenges such as the lack of shipment traceability, fragmented communication among stakeholders, and reliance on manual or non-integrated tools. GOTrack provides a centralized digital solution that includes real-time tracking, automated notifications, driver and shipment management, performance reports, and an administrative dashboard, significantly improving operational efficiency and service quality. The system is developed using the SCRUM agile methodology and recognized software engineering standards, covering requirement analysis, architectural design, implementation, and usability testing. Built with hybrid technologies and cloud-based services, the application not only solves a real operational problem but also supports digital transformation within the Colombian logistics sector, positioning TransColombia as a more modern, efficient, and competitive company.
