    Implementación de la política institucional de semilleros de investigación de la Universitaria Agustiniana en el programa de Especialización en Pedagogía

    This project highlights the importance of the research practice in higher education, emphasizing in postgraduate programs, for the specific case of the implementation of the hotbed of research of the Specialization in Pedagogy of the Agustiniana University. To this end, a documentary review was carried out in order to identify the policies that the institution has established in response to the quality requirements required by the Ministry of National Education in accordance with the investigative component. Each of them was described in its main elements, to know the requirements to be meet according to the implementation of the hotbed of research in the specialization, as a pedagogical strategy for the consolidation of an autonomous and significant learning. Hence, reviewing the backgrounds of the Specialization in Pedagogy and its commitment with the creation of spaces for research, the proposal for the strategic plan for the implementation of the hotbed was prepared, taking into account that in the master document of the program version 2014, the lines of research to be developed from the groups formed for this purpose were established and that, through the research projects carried out by the students as an undergraduate option, have sat precedents of investigative work in the specialization.
