    Taking into account the competitive advantage of Michael Porter, the theoretical framework of this research work, the objective of identifying a potential market for the export of freeze-dried strawberry produced in Colombia was established within the framework of the EFTA trade agreement, where it was established that, Although Colombia has a great comparative advantage in the production of fruits thanks to different geographical variables, the country is not exporting the desired quantity due to the fact that the export process of this type of products has several obstacles as they are fresh products, that is why after having analyzed the market selection matrix, which showed that the optimal market for the export of freeze-dried strawberry is Switzerland, a strategy for the export of strawberries was established based on the aforementioned theoretical framework. Freeze-drying was identified as the differentiating element of the product in the Swiss market, additionally, it is proposed as a strategy to reduce costs and increase the exportable offer to create an association of producers from the departments of Cundinamarca and Antioquia, which will also help to demand of The quality of the raw material is standardized, in order to jointly acquire certifications that are essential to meet the demands of the destination market.
