    The main objective of this thesis work is to apply industrial engineering tools learned in the long term of career development, guided, planning, programming and production control in a furniture company with a long history in the national market. The economic activity of the company can direct the manufacture of wood furniture and agglomerate for the home, working under the modality of manufacturing lots, using as main input Perillo wood, from the southern area of the country of the regions such as Caquetá, Amazonas and Vaupés; While for the agglomerate a single supplier from Ecuador is managed. The main objective of the development of the work was to identify the causes of the production that was incurred in the fulfillment of the relations between the company's clients, for which a subdivision of the activities was made that allow to carry out an adequate study of all the tasks immersed in productive development, among which can be seen: Time studies, care, aggregate planning, MPS, BOM, MRP and workshop programming. The application of the technical tools previously indicated and developed in the interior of the work, that is to say, in the jobs, the requirement and the requirement. The availability of machines, operators and supplies with reference to the predicted demand data.
