    Estudio de prefactibilidad para el aprovechamiento del plátano no comercializado en un cultivo ubicado en el municipio de Puerto López Meta.

    This document addresses the problem of a banana plantation of 12 hectares located in Puerto López-Meta, Altamira-Chaparro sector. In which the loss of 8% (12.240kg) of plantain production is evidenced for quality reasons (small size and rupture) and that however are suitable for consumption, from this problematic it was evidenced that this type Banana can be treated or processed into by-products such as: jam, snacks, flour, “bocadillo”, wine, starch and compost; alternatives for which they were developed: an analysis of the market, determination of yields, a study of technical requirements, a financial study and a decision matrix in which the best alternative was determined since this was the objective of the pre-feasibility study.
