    Estudio de factibilidad: mercadeo, técnico y financiero para un establecimiento gastronómico con modelo de food truck de comida al paso en la zona T de la ciudad de Bogotá

    This investigation wanted to identified the feasibility of a food truck that offers a typical Colombian dish, rice and eggs combined with different additions that the customer can pick; located in the “Zona T” of Bogotá. This investigation was carried out under three specific studies, market research, technical study and financial study. To obtain the results, the market research was used, where the product to be offered was explain and analyzed and the target, competitors and suppliers were identified; followed by the technical study, where all the necessary items for the implementation of the proyect were listed. And in the last part of the process, the financial study was done, the necessary investments were determinate and revenues and expenditures were projected, giving way to the financial evaluation, where it was concluded that the project is feasible.
