    PROMACO INDUSTRIAL S.A.S. It is a private company dedicated to the maquila, production, transformation and commercialization of raw materials for the pharmaceutical, agricultural, food and cleaning products industry, among others. Currently, this organization does not have a documented management system in accordance with its activity and context, which entails various difficulties that limit the company's growth possibilities and that could be controlled with proper management of the organization's processes. The main objective of this work is to present a proposal for the structuring of a quality management system framed in the guidelines of the ISO 9001 Standard 2015 version and the principles of corporate social responsibility, managerial excellence and other tools acquired during the specialization, that is aligned with the strategic planning of the organization and that allows to satisfy the needs and expectations of both clients and other interested parties, thus contributing to the consolidation, projection, development and growth of the company
