The Gallery: Estrategia de comunicación para fortalecer la identidad sensorial y operativa del área de Marketing en Givaudan durante el 2025 – 2026 - The Gallery: A Communication Strategy to Strengthen the Sensory and Operational Identity of the Marketing Department at Givaudan During 2025–2026
Valentina Mendoza Molano; Pablo Andrés Sandoval Vargas
This undergraduate thesis, developed as part of a professional internship, aimed to analyze the internal communication processes within the Fragrance Marketing area (The Gallery) at Givaudan Colombia S.A.S. and design an improvement plan to strengthen information management and collaboration among the Home Care, Personal Care, and Fabric Care categories. The study followed an exploratory and descriptive approach with a predominantly quantitative methodology, using structured surveys to assess the current state of internal communication. The findings revealed opportunities for improvement related to information access, organization, and clarity, highlighting the need for tools that facilitate knowledge sharing and better alignment across teams. In response, an improvement plan entitled "The Gallery Hub – Connect, Create, and Communicate" was proposed, consisting of a digital communication manual, a product launch newsletter, and an olfactory training course designed to enhance the team's technical and sensory knowledge. The proposed plan is expected to optimize internal communication processes, strengthen brand identity, and improve coordination among the marketing teams.
