Forcing it to reinvent itself, in order to develop new models, or motivational reward schemes, of emotional wages and intangible compensation. To then identify the aspects that influence in the motivation of collaborators in organizations, regarding emotional retribution. The aim of this study is to find out how people in the organisations Eulen Colombia and Optica Rubi perceive emotional retribution and whether this has an impact on work motivation from different points of view. Also how changes can be seen inside and outside the organisation, how to compete with other companies that apply emotional retribution as a driver and motivator at work, from the different shared and personal experiences, therefore it is important to understand that companies are constantly changing and adapting to new needs and labour demands. The new generations and employees of the organisations, have new and progressive thoughts, they understand that they must be at the level of what is demanded, be trained and comply with the requirements and profiles of the different vacancies; but they also demand the way in which they wish to be paid and remunerated. Therefore, through various surveys, the aim is to understand and get to know these thoughts and perceptions, how workers can contribute from different roles in the implementation and provide new alternatives for emotional retribution. The most viable way to obtain this information was through various questions, where we could understand the needs and opinions of the different participants, as well as glimpse or analyze from the social and administrative perspective, how to generate opportunities for improvement to the leaders of the various organizations, which is why companies now work harder to look not only well in terms of its infrastructure, but also labor, organizational culture is now more significant for employees and companies.
