Although the standard comes into force gradually from 2023 to 2026, it is expected that this type of implementation will generate some changes and aspects both in the collaborators and in the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze these aspects in order to advance strategies that can produce the best work environment. This research project does not suggest these strategies to follow, but it does present some key aspects that must be taken into account from the administration of human resources, such as motivation, performance and work environment, workloads and rest.
