    Museo arqueológico y de memoria Muisca en nuevo Usme

    The architectural project of the Muisca archaeological and memory museum in Usme is carried out around the area of ​​the necropolis found in Hacienda el Carmen in the town of Usme to honor the Muisca community, its cultural reconstruction and its community strengthening; protect the sacred sites, ancestral ideologies in an ideal place, rescue and prevail their memory by creating awareness of the conservation, protection and preservation of such an important cultural heritage for our nation. Within the project design, the heritage zone has been considered with the norms and specifications considered in the new P.O.T. as in P.O.Z for protected areas, which due to the archaeological discovery forced the change of the "Nuevo Usme" project, to an Archaeological Park. The museum exalts its memory, the Muisca cultural wealth, protects the archaeological discovery and generates a space for cultural development and equipment for the community of Usme., Thus contributing to the national and ethnic identity of the community and the region.
