    Requisitos para la implementación de ISO 20001 en el área de soporte y operación NOC-SOC de la empresa CIBERC S.A

    CIBERC S.A is a company immersed in the market of information and communication technologies, which wishes to present considerable improvements in international quality standards; in order to maintain an optimum level of competitiveness in the medium and long term. CIBERC S.A wishes to implement the ISO 20001 Standard in the future and, therefore, is obliged to identify what the implementation requirements are; This, by carrying out a diagnosis based on the comparison and analysis of the operating and service conditions, required by the standard versus those met by the company. This work was carried out under the type of descriptive research, with a qualitative design, based on a field study evidenced by an internship process in the company CIBERC S.A. Together with the carrying out of the bibliographic analysis corresponding to the conceptual aspects of ISO 20001. During the internship work, several activities were developed that sought to fulfill the proposed objective (Determine the requirements for the implementation of ISO 20001 in the support area and operation NOC-SOC of the company CIBERC SA), which forced the intern to carry out a series of activities such as: process of identifying the requirements of ISO 20001, determining the feasibility of implementing the standard.
