    The main objective of this work is the design of the strategic plan for the company Basan Business S.A.S, which allows to achieve growth and permanence in the market, because it is an indispensable administrative function to achieve the goals established by the organization. The design includes an internal and external analysis, a mission and vision proposal, objectives, the strategies to be applied, the allocation of resources necessary to implement the action plan and the indicators that allow measuring compliance with The proposed objectives. The methodology of the project was exploratory-descriptive in which the objective is to know the organization through: People, Business and Operative Banking Managers, Operational Coordinator, Operational Assistant, who will provide the information for the realization of the MEFI, MEFE, MIME matrices And DOFA, with these it is possible to identify the internal and external factors that affect the company and from there the strategies arise, this work is carried out through weekly visits to the company; The result has been the design of the strategic planning proposal for the company Basan Business S.A.
