    For the development of this research, the commercial opportunity of bringing palm oil produced in Colombia to the German market was raised as a problem, the general objective is to identify the commercial opportunity that palm oil can provide for Colombia in the German market, to The research methodology was from a descriptive qualitative approach, developing the analysis from different formulated categories such as production factors, related and support industries, the market and competition, which were developed from the chosen theoretical framework taking as reference the theory of competitive advantage of Michael Porter, having as main result the opportunity that the Colombian market has to enter the German market through palm oil, achieving different business opportunities in this country.
