    The purpose of this work is to design the business plan for the production and marketing of the Slider Mobile product, a safety accessory for motorcycles; the method by which it will be carried out is entrepreneurship, in which different variables are analyzed through working modules, such as: organizational, marketing, operations, legal and financial, each of these chapters contain generalities of processes, budgets, indicators and relevant data to develop the product and make possible the solution of the client's problems; one of the premises for selecting this niche market is the formalization of this type of activity through an body responsible for obligations to the environment, in which is society, the environment, industry or economic sector, the contribution to the state with taxes and the impact against macroeconomic indicators; another aspect highlighted is market research through useful fieldwork to get to know the customer and their opinion on the product; from the analysis of the results obtained, marketing strategies are presented, demand data is calculated and a more reality-adjusted operation can be planned, which in turn has an impact on cost savings and expenses, so that the venture augurs sustainability and sustainability.
