The first chapter shows the similarity of the two countries, their culture, their economy, their geography, to their population; however in terms of logistics and access routes Colombia is not adapted to follow the step to Ecuador as it does not have the necessary capacity to transport and to interconnect with other countries. In the second chapter the comparison of trade balances analyzes the economic relationship between these two nations, showing the benefits of having close allies in which the main import and export products of each were compared. Finally, in the third chapter, the analysis of the signed and valid agreements of these two countries is evidenced, verifying and analyzing with more precision the oldest of the treaties between these two nations, as is that of the Andean Community of Nations).

Ruiz Cortes, Juan Sebastian; Ulloa Ramos, Cristian Samir
Colombia in a country that, due to its geographical position, its endowment of renewable natural resources and its culture should be one of the countries with greater competitiveness and advantages at the moment of exporting goods of this nature. However, Colombia's participation in international markets and production is lagging behind other economies. Thus affecting its commercial dynamism and consequently impacting its intra-industrial trade with those countries to which it exports. This impact has caused some of these relative advantages to dissipate, losing the existing competitiveness in those products of an intra-industrial or inter-industrial nature. This loss of competitiveness is reflected in those products that over the years have ceased to be intra-industrial and became products of a purely inter-industrial nature or not knowing those products that have a potential to go from industrial to industrial. to intra-industrial or those interindustry over which they have an advantage over the other economy.

To this end, it analyzes political, economic and social variables as central elements for understanding the dynamics of markets and states. Although agreements begin with an expressly commercial motivation, astime goes by these initiatives scale up integration objectives converging towards the design of coordinated economic and social policy actions. The Pacific Alliance is an agreement with a strong emphasis on trade integration within the framework of free competition, while at the other extreme is ALBA, which emphasizes political and social aspects, focusing its actions on state intervention schemes. The main results show that there are more integration initiatives with a commercial emphasis in the region, these are the same in which the member countries have a similar performance in economic variables and a shared vision on the importance of markets. On the other hand, the member countries of interventionist integration agreements reduced their economic and social performance.

The article aims to present the importance of the stock market for the national economy and business financing in the country, as well as institutional and market barriers that have not allowed greater access by medium-sized enterprises and natural persons in the Capital Market in Colombia. In order to meet this objective, the behavior of the main stock market indicators and their relationship with the economic growth of the country are shown, together with a brief overview of the most representative of the 5 main companies of the COLCAP indicator that are Ecopetrol, Bancolombia, Grupo Sura, Interconexión Eléctrica and Nutresa, of which a fundamental analysis is made on the valuation in the real market and the financial market from the Q of Tobin, It also describes the conditions necessary for the entry of new companies and persons to the Stock Market and recommends policies to encourage the participation of such agents in the Stock Market, in order to have a greater flow of resources available for investment. Concluding that the ratio of the COLCAP indicator to GDP is positive, as is the ratio of market capitalization of major companies to GDP, to conclude by determining that the biggest barrier to entry to the market is the ignorance that natural persons have about this and that for the case of mediumenterprises are the high conditions of capital and information required to be issuers.

To do this, the export requirements for each of the fruits and vegetables are initially described, classifying the levels of demand in high, medium and low according to USDA information and information provided by the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA), added to this The evolution of the commercial dynamics for these products is shown taking into account its trade balance and the growth rates presented in the 2010-2018 period. Finally, the most important actions for improvements in agricultural production processes are identified from the case of oil palm in two projects such as Palmar and Horizon, these actions were derived from semi-structured interviews with farmers and former Minister Rubén Darío Lizarralde where it stands out: the promotion of associations or cooperatives that give farmers price advantages in accessing agricultural inputs to not only increase crop yields but also comply with the sanitary requirements established in the commercial relationship with the US.
