    Throughout history, important variables have emerged such as corporate culture, business plans, communication of personnel, the work environment, training and integration of members, etc. For which There are multiple tools that can be applied within the processes for the personnel selection, the misuse of these tools can lead to inconsistencies both in the usual activities of organizations, such as in the achievement of objectives to medium and long term of the same, since some companies do not usually give the necessary importance to the department and use tools that are not favorable for the results that the company seeks.
