    Commonly, stress is part of the instinct of human beings to survive, although today we are not directly faced with the need to fight with other species for survival, it is clear that the fast pace and technological advances saturate and require people to pay more attention to a lot of information at the same time. Therefore, in this qualitative research, a group of five elementary school teachers was chosen to first learn about the stressors of their profession, and then show them a series of strategies that contribute to the well-being of teachers in the mitigation of stress. These strategies are not new, but they did allow the teachers to remember the value of putting them into practice as a basis for self-care.
