    Gelatina de escama de pescado
Tovar-Castillo, Diego Mauricio; Sánchez-Gómez, Jhon Alexander; Suárez Galeano, Gladys Llanet
Due to the increase in the commercialization of natural products, Gelatinas J&D was born, a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of gelatin made from fish flake, which according to studies carried out contains various properties that provide various health benefits. This idea was born with the aim of introducing a new variety of gelatine, which is focused on all kinds of people who want to consume a 100% natural product. The idea is consolidated after conducting a market study that led to great acceptance of the product by the public, since the natural product will always be more relevant than a synthetic one. Furthermore, it was evident that the idea of offering a ready-to-eat product was decisive for the consolidation of the project since it was accepted by potential clients. and, therefore, it was considered very important to transform this product in a way in which it has never been presented and which reflects our differentiating factor against the competition. This work also contains a financial study that satisfactorily demonstrated the viability of the project, and allowed us to get an idea of the costs involved in the formal constitution of the company, constitution of the sale price, and profitability of the project at a projection of 5 years.
