    This documentary analysis research is focused on the impact that measurement has employment in terms of satisfaction presented by the Integrated Subnet of Services of Salud Sur E.S.E. The organizational impact that occurs in the work context has allowed the learning and the adoption of new alternatives driven by motivation and work evolution in their environment, based on this idea, the new strategies in relation to working conditions allow the opportunity to venture into the strengthening of skills, avoiding the factors that hinder options for change (Mallida, 2021)
