Item Propuesta de desarrollo turístico a partir de la tradición gastronómica de los amasijos en el municipio de Fómeque Cundinamarca.Peña, Andrés Felipe; Torres-Giraldo, Jessica; Rodríguez-Rodríguez, Sebastián; Nieto-Mejía, AlvelayisFómeque is a municipality located in the department of Cundinamarca. It has a diversity of doughs within its gastronomic tradition, which mostly has Sagú flour (extracted from the Sagú palm) as the ingredient principal. This research aims to encourage tourism in Fómeque through its masses since the municipality lags in tourism development. To achieve this purpose, a gastronomic route was proposed, which values its traditions and the Sagú, seeking an approach to the masses and their community. In this case, the research is carried out based on the descriptive method developed from the qualitative research, which allowed the collection of pertinent information to obtain favourable results regarding the development of gastronomic tourism in the municipality. This made it possible to meet the objectives outlined in the research. With this, a proposal for a gastronomic route was executed with a marketing structure, which aims to encourage and promote the development of the gastronomic way in Fómeque among tourists.
