    Causas que generan la rotación del personal en los contact centers

    Contact centers, or "Centros de Contacto" in Spanish, are very questioned workplaces nowadays thanks to the constant controversies and rumors in which they are involved. The repeated violations of workers' rights, the work overload and the exhausting working hours, make contact centers are hated by most of the workers who voluntarily and involuntarily must work in them to receive income and subsist. This research aims to explain in depth the purpose of contact centers, their importance and necessity in current times, and also to detect the internal and external causes that provoke the constant rotation of human talent, causing millions and substantial losses for employers.
