    The main objective of this document is to know the strategies that have been proposed to improve the positioning in the Café Casa Galería microenterprise, with which it is intended to solve the question posed, What strategies allow to achieve the increase of the positioning of the Café Casa brand Gallery in the La Candelaria neighborhood? this question is one of the main causes in the decrease of current sales, to understand this a sales projection was made, it was proposed to expand the line of products and activities to reach new clients based on qualitative and quantitative studies, concluding with the possibilities of advance that the strategies offer us.
