    This business improvement plan is focused on put in practice the knowledge already learned along the specialization in Marketing Management, with the objective of understand better the rules of e-commerce, looking forward to support micro companies like Martiz S.A.S, with the encouragement to obtain their place into the market, through strategies to get benefit of digital resources, promoting closer relationships with their customers and low cost marketing campaigns. Martz S.A.S. is a Company founded in 2015, which sells health and beauty products in Bogotá. In 2018 they introduce their self into the e-commerce market, then after the launch online they face some troubles Through the development of this investigation by means of collect data we found that exist some flaws in Martz SAS, because of the implementation of a traditional marketing strategy’s they couldn’t reach the desire impact, even though at the moment when they were in online market the company showed an improvement, without get the wanted level, for that reason we propose and develop three strategies to absorb customer lost, and the gap between them and the product. Based on Bautista (2009), Kotler,Karatajaya y Setiawan (2010) y Muñiz (2010) We would find along this document the strategies that let MARTIZ SAS company modify their business model for another more contemporary and customize to the actual market (2019).
