    The present investigation will focus on studying the creation of a quality design of an inclusive park for people in wheelchairs in the city of Bogotá, implementing QFD tools; This way the present work will allow to deepen the theoretical knowledge about marketing, market, innovation, quality, home of the quality, design, market niche, needs, expectations and data collection instruments, besides offering an integral view of the benefits and advantages to apply the QFD tools for the creation of a quality design of a product or service. The research requires dealing with the origin of the QFD methodology, its evolution and most relevant applications for the creation of products or services based on quality, which contributes to the development of the design of the inclusive park.
