    The need for continuous improvement in Colombian companies leads them to generate projects that help enhance the search for tools to improve their processes, products and services to meet customer needs. One of these tools is the documentation Quality Management System based on the NTC ISO 9001: 2015. It is worth noting that much of the success in implementing a Quality Management System can be based on the development of the documentation. In this regard such documentation is useful to demonstrate to a certification authority that the company meets the requirements of the standard in order to get the certificate, in addition to this can strengthen and contribute to classify and standardize the implementation of the operations of the company. The primary purpose of this project is to document the requirements demanded by the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 company BLINDAR SECURITY SAS, through which it seeks to improve existing standards of quality in all its products and services, rethink strategic planning the company long-term, to maintain its commitment to quality and seek certification in quality. For the company BLINDAR SECURITY SAS is convenient document all made processes and procedures concerning quality, being this a mechanism that will ensure the optimization of production and distribution of its products and services, also will be the basis for identifying opportunities for improvement, needs and flaws in their production processes.
