    Participación y responsabilidad democrática: una vivencia desde la escuela

    The main objective of this research is to make a pedagogical intervention that allows to identify the civic competences that need to strengthen the students of the Colegio Agustiniano Norte in order to encourage their participation and democratic responsibility. For this, the project includes the development of several stages that begin with the search for information and development of a key category called Participation and Democratic Responsibility, based in turn on the basic standards of civic competencies of the Ministry of National Education, and then, the realization of several data collection instruments, their implementation and a final analysis. Through a qualitative research and from some phases of intervention: survey of the teachers of the school, an observation and structured interview to the students, the notions and the use that they give them to citizen competencies were known and analized, as well as the different positions they have in relation to the problematic situations of democracy within their school and national contexts. Finally, it was found that students must strengthen all citizenship competencies in the framework of democratic participation and responsibility, there is evidence of a little appropriation of them both in the classroom and outside of it. However, it is the civic competences referring to the participation of political instances within the school and the community, the critical and argued analysis of corruption and the knowledge of the constituent elements of the social State of right

    Re-significación de la evaluación en pos de una evaluación para el aprendizaje

    The evaluation plays an indispensable role in the formation and in the teaching and learning processes, but, having several important characteristics to help with these processes, in reality the evaluation has been marginalized to be just a step prior to qualification, a supervisor that punish, a control tool and even a filter to promote grade, the above-mentioned obeys the notions that exists for this term and the consideration that has been made of it, without making it part of the other dimensions of education. This work is intended to resignify the concept of evaluation and integrate it into the teaching processes, so that the student is an active participant in their own training, using for this purpose the evaluation for learning, as it restores the role of the evaluation and gives it a more formative sense than punitive.
