Item Propuesta para el diseño del área de gestión del talento humano en la compañía Cooperación VerdeTellez-Rivera, Edwin Alonso; Rodríguez-Pinzón, Martha Lucia; Ariza-Matamoros, Liz KatherineCooperación Verde Enterprise is a commercial reforestation and environmental compensation company that has two factories. The first one is placed in Vereda de Balsillas (Mosquera) and the second one in Vereda de Planas (Puerto Gaitán). It is a sustainable and environmentally friendly company. This research proposes the implementation of the human talent management department which would benefit the company and allow the improvement of several aspects of the company such as workers' performance, teamwork, increased staff working capacity, and reduced employee turnover. Currently, Cooperación Verde does not possess a human talent department or planning, recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, and job training process nor the performance evaluation which are normally tasks performed by the human talent department in any organization. Due to the above mentioned, an investigation is carried out to identify the current company´s situation. The diagnosis will be based on the information provided by the Cooperación Verde employees after applying a semi-structured interview with the managers and a survey to the operative staff with the objective of determine the techniques or processes that a Human talent department has. After finding out the Cooperación Verde´s situation, a design will be proposed according to the needs of the company, and it will allow establishing the right strategies to improve the operation of the human talent management area.
