This scenario discourages the participation of the company Colombian Gold Productions (home producing multimedia content), therefore, its sales are not the strongest and most competitive in the market since they have an average of 2 per month. Starting from this panorama, the objective is determined to propose strategies that allow to increase the monthly sales of the company in a 100% through digital marketing during the next 18 months. In this way, an improvement plan is developed with three key strategies that will work simultaneously. Taking this into account, it is opportune to have a challenging vision when implementing the improvement plan, in this way its execution will be successful.
