Item Plan de mejora para el fortalecimiento del proceso de área comercial en la empresa Entersoft S.A.S ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá en la localidad de TeusaquilloGuzman-Ramirez, Nohora; Tafur-Guzman, Lina Marcela; Peña Sánchez, LilianaICT in Colombia and on a global basis is part of the new entrepreneurial trend, ENTERSOFT SAS is part of the services sector (ICT) and is dedicated to providing solutions and comprehensive strategies that allow for timely evaluation and management of company information systems; Once the analysis tools were applied, we discovered opportunities for improvement in the commercial area, specifically in sales planning control or monitoring of indicator compliance was present. The strategic sales plan proposal was elaborated with a main objective to provide its executives with the necessary tools to improve their performance in an organized and controlled manner, with the goal of increasing the number of customers and sales by the year 2020. The interview with manager and collaborators, the DOFA Matrix, EFE, EFI and the PEEA Analysis were used as diagnostic tools. Once the opportunity for improvement has been identified, a strategic sales plan is designed which includes scheduling, training, establishing Management indicators for executives, planning format and weekly execution. Through the development of this project it was concluded that training, managing planning indicators, objectives and strategies, and monitoring the execution and control of the process, increases productivity, positively impacting the financial area.
