    The purpose of this project is to create a proposal for the implementation of corporate social responsibility strategies, focused on two of the fundamental subjects provided by the guide ISO 26000, for Transportes Especiales Fénix SAS in the aspects of labor and environmental practices. To carry out this, an analysis was made of the current diagnosis of the organization, using strategic planning tools and data collection, regarding the criteria related in the guide, It allowed identifying both internal management strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats that it faces externally. For this reason, an applied research was carried out, which allows knowledge to be applied to a productive sector, based on qualitative methods in order to understand the perception of the topic developed in the participants and related groups. In addition to making an approach to the processes and organizational culture. The results confirm that, although the company currently has great strengths, this is not enough to improve the perspective of its stakeholders, Presenting opportunities for improvement aimed at its collaborators and environmental regulations, which makes the proposal viable.
