    The present research study is carried out to develop entrepreneurship in 10th and 11th grade students by strengthening soft skills and creating learning environments, allowing the participants to develop a better role as proactive citizens capable of forging their future by planning their life projects. Being the main base, the entrepreneurship, managing to generate innovative ideas that can be developed and applied in life and society. Without a doubt, the importance and impact of entrepreneurship in the development of a country must be highlighted, being a main pillar for its growth. Therefore, in Colombia for the last 2 decades, political initiatives and systems have been developed that have facilitated the creation of functional, creative and contributing business ideas for the country. The background of the project is precisely to achieve that those ideas that arise in the minds of young people being more interactive participants in this modern world are supported, structured and implemented for the development as an individual as well as for society. The explanatory, descriptive project will be prepared to ensure the effective development of the enterprise, therefore, it is intended to conduct a survey to know the qualitative characteristics of the institutions. Finally, it seeks to address the problem, which would be to forge the skills and scenarios necessary to promote and facilitate the interactive progress of the student in the world of entrepreneurship.
