    Papelería, Piñatería and Cacharrería the Ensueño is a family business dedicated to the commercialization of stationery products, cleaning products, hardware, among others, offering quality and affordable prices for the community, which has made it a great option in the market. Today the change in organizations has become an indispensable factor due to globalization that occurs on a large scale in different types of industries. This boom leads companies to always seek quality in their products and processes, to be competitive through the implementation of technologies and to be able to adapt to the constant change in the markets. It is necessary for companies to operate strategically, it is there where emphasis is placed on the logistics area, which is of utmost importance when it comes to customer service and order processing and internal inventory control, and so on. processes that seek benefits, increased competitiveness, sustainability, optimization of resources and company successes. In this project a proposal is proposed for the inventory management of the Stationery, Piñatería and Cacharrería the Ensueño, which controls and manages the levels of merchandise in the inventory, as well as an adequate distribution, efficient deliveries in orders, an assurance of levels of optimal quality and customer service.
