Relación entre programa y espacios colectivos como estrategia de recuperación de un sector en deterioro en el municipio de Facatativá
Solano-Gómez, Carlos Eduardo; Suarez-Devia, Andres Felipe; Martínez Castillo, Yira Catalina
The following research consists of establishing the relationship between the architectural program and collective spaces, taking the Portofino neighborhood of the municipality of Facatativá as the place of study. Given the current conditions of the neighborhood, certain scales of deterioration are identified, specifying the analysis in the activities associated with informal transport that is generated on the first race, where there is a modal exchange of passengers on the public space. Based on the above, an equipment is proposed that will be the urban cohesive for the recovery of the railway, generating an urban renewal to a sector of the city through its positive impact on a scale greater than that of its implementation. To demonstrate the relationship, a qualitative methodology was followed which is built from a frame of reference based on authors such as Gausa, Samper, among others, seeking the relationship of collective spaces versus generic and programmatic spaces. On the other hand, design strategies are created to demonstrate these spatial relationships, one of them is the experiments that, based on the conclusions, determined certain rules applied to the architectural project, likewise they were verified by means of percentages confirming the hypothesis. Ultimately, it concludes with the positive aspects and the contribution of research for architecture.
