    Propuesta para la creación de políticas de talento humano en la empresa Confecciones S y S S.A.S.

    This work shows the reality in which the majority of Colombian companies, cataloged as PYMES, are based, since with the spirit of entrepreneurship, a production or service process is started, from back to front, with the execution of the work and then begins think about important factors such as order, structures, rules, systems, or the simple fact of giving the name to a company. For the specific case of Confecciones S & S SAS, we will see how the absence of strategic planning, triggers in several shortcomings that weaken the sustainability or growth of a company, this one of the textile sector, manufacture of endowment garments. From the observation of the environment and an internal diagnosis, it has been possible to identify the biggest problems that the entity has, facing this situation to several analyzes based on administrative and research theories, in order to know the real state of the company , which allowed us to observe that the human factor is one of the primary axes in the functioning of an entity. Therefore, by means of recommendations, the manager is invited to create an area of human talent, which in the first instance organizes and manages to comply with the basic standards in the treatment of human resources, focused on development through a quality work environment, culture and values of the company, reflected in a better production.
