    The main objective of this document is to establish a strategic plan for the José María Escrivá de Balaguer aqueduct, located in Susa and Simijaca Cundinamarca; To carry out this, a diagnosis was made with the company of the Board of Directors, by means of the collection of qualitative and quantitative information, which allowed finding weaknesses within the organization in order to propose alternatives for improvement, subsequently external factors and factors were analyzed. internal that were evaluated in the strategic matrices such as the EFE, EFI, EI, DOFA, QFD, which allowed updating the organization philosophy, proposing a culture of improvement and proposing organizational strategies that adjust to the context, needs and capacities of the association , in order to establish itself as an organization with a consolidated administrative and financial projection, which will allow the organization to move towards growth and sustainable development, taking into account the responsibility it has with society and the environment, having control of the processes carried out through of the indicators.
