Diagnóstico de Clima Organizacional de la Oficina Centro Internacional de Banco Caja Social
Linares-Bolanos, Willian Heraldo; Silva-Rubio, Astrid Viviana; Parra-Leon, Nydia
The human talent in organizations is constantly influenced by the factors that intervene in the organizational climate, and for this reason a constant review must be carried out so as not to affect the normal functioning of the work teams. Therefore, this diagnosis of the organizational climate was developed to analyze the state of the organizational climate of the collaborators of a bank branch and know how they respond and feel the commitment to the organization, so that they can achieve the commercial objectives set by the organization, in addition to consolidate an adequate environment in the entity which it allows the required results to be achievable and not become speculative goals. On the other hand, the results are focused on seeking an appropriate organizational climate that provides advantages, therefore it is evident that it will not always be labor harmony that drives each of the actions in a company, however in a situation like this, the corrective measures must be those indicated to maintain efficiency at work and also promote the integrated growth of the human being. Thus, this diagnosis was made on the basis of the importance of the organizational climate as an important tool for the adequate performance and effectiveness of the personnel of an organization.
