In the dosing of granular powders, proper coordination among sensors, actuators, and control systems is essential for executing the process in an orderly manner and minimizing manual intervention. This project proposes the automation and monitoring of a dosing station through the programming of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) within the CODESYS environment, the design of an HMI interface, and the integration of a virtual pneumatic system in FluidSIM. The solution enables the structuring of the operating sequence, the definition of control elements, and the verification of system performance within a simulation environment. The development is based on an applied engineering approach that includes process analysis, the definition of the functional architecture, and the implementation of sequential control logic. The HMI interface facilitates process monitoring and the visualization of variables. Validation is carried out through virtual commissioning, verifying the execution of the automatic cycle and the interaction between the PLC and the pneumatic model. The results demonstrate the system's viability and the utility of simulation in reducing risks and costs prior to physical implementation.
