Porosidad y Revestimiento Para un Equipamiento Cultural en Usme
Carrillo-Quito, Johan Alexsander; Sierra-Calderon, Erika Alejandra; Vieda, Sergio-Andres
The present research justifies the relationship of porosity and cladding as a proposal of balance for a cultural facility in the locality of Usme, which contemplates culture and commerce as axes of development in a hybrid building, in order to generate a relationship of context and human activity. through an architectural fact with permeable character that juxtaposes the activities in order to re understand the traditional design where the activity of permanence, circulation, contemplation and waiting is involved. Consolidating the place and the territory as a tool for social connection, with the above, we investigated the scarcity and relationships with human activity in cultural and commercial spaces in Usme, and the different responses of this population to urban elements, taking into account the porous nature of public space and its relationship with the coating in the study of cultural facilities and commercial facilities, parks and passages, as well as the architectural coating as an experience at the collective level of public and private space. The result allowed to recognize the architectural project as a scenario where users can experience the territory from the encounter generated by the porosity and the experience with the cladding where it relates to the public space and its urban, cultural and collective recognition as a dynamic axis for urban life and the integral development of the territory.
